Atlas Copco Board recommends dividend

Atlas Copco India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 09, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the Dividend @ 40% subject to approval of the Shareholders.

The Board has appointed Mr. Hans Ola Meyer as an additional Director of the Company.
