Inter Globe Finance to consider amalgamation of companies

Inter Globe Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2007 to explore possibility and advantages of a Scheme of Amalgamation of Purusottam Trade Promotion Pvt Ltd, Godavari Vanijya Pvt Ltd and Rameshwaram Trexim Pvt Ltd with the Company and to approve the Scheme of Amalgamation accordingly.
