Novartis India Board to consider interim dividend

Novartis India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2007, inter alia, to consider the proposal for payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, March 23, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
