Nagarjuna Construction Board to consider interim dividend

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 21, 2007, inter alia, for the purpose of considering, declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company.
