Aventis Pharma Board to consider second interim dividend

Aventis Pharma Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2007, for considering the question of declaring a Second Interim Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, March 24, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend.
