Mahindra Ugine Board to consider interim dividend

Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2007, inter alia, to discuss and consider the declaration of Interim Dividend if any, for the year 2006-07 along with other business.
