Andhra Bank Updates on Proposal for Interim Dividend

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 08, 2007, regarding Proposal for Interim Dividend, Andhra Bank has now announced that, a proposal for payment of Interim Dividend for 2006-07 is being considered for passing by way of a Resolution by circulation amongst the Director of the Bank on "March 15, 2007" instead of "March 14, 2007".
