Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider declaration of Interim Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2007.
