Andhra Bank Proposal for Interim Dividend

Andhra Bank has announced that a proposal for payment of Interim Dividend for 2006-07 is being considered for passing by way of a Resolution by circulation amongst the Directors of the Bank on March 14, 2007.

Further the Bank has informed that, March 23, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for 2006-07. The Dividend pay out date shall be March 30, 2007.
