Suzlon Energy ups FCCB issue size to $175 million

Suzlon Energy Ltd has launched and priced the Bonds for an aggregate amount of USD 150 million (with an additional upsize option) on April 04, 2011 and April 5, 2011, respectively.

In consultation with the Company, the Joint Lead Managers, Macquarie Capital (Singapore) Pte. Ltd and The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V., Hong Kong Branch have exercised an upsize option of USD 25 million. Accordingly, the total issue size of the Bonds has been increased from USD 150 million to USD 175 million.

The stock was trading at Rs.54.60, up by Rs.1.25 or 2.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56.25 and low of Rs.53.60.

The total traded quantity was 61.67 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 59.61 lakhs.
