Premier to allot warrants

Premier Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2007, inter alia, to approve the allotment of 43,26,000 convertible warrants to M/s. Modena Investment and Trading Co. Pvt Ltd, one of the Promoters of the Company, on Preferential Basis in accordance with the consent given by the shareholders of the Company.
