IDFC allots 865692 shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

The Committee of Directors of Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd met on April 05, 2011 and allotted 8,65,692 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
