Ram Kaashyap Investment Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider & decided the proposal of doing business in IT and other related areas.

2. To consider and decide the proposal of amending the objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company along with the Change of name of the Company.

3. To decide the proposal of merger / acquire the Company engaged in the IT Services.
