Firstsource Solutions appoints John Cutrone as President - North America

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that John Cutrone would be President - North America. John has Over two decades of executive management experience with Companies like IBM, PriceWaterhousecoopers, Brother International Corporation and Smith Corona Corporation, John is a pioneer in Business Process Outsourcing and joins the Company from IBM where his last assignment was as a Partner within the Business Technology Outsourcing (BTO) practice.

As President, North America, John will be responsible for driving of the Company's Sales and Business Development strategy in its three focus verticals of Banking & Financial Services, Telecom & Media and Healthcare.

The Company has 12,900 employees globally of which over 750 are in North America. It has operating centres in Amherst (Buffalo), Rockford (Illinois), Louisville (Kentucky), Fort Scott (Kansas), Reno (Nevada) and Kingston (New York). Earlier this month, the Company acquired BPM Inc., a Delaware-based healthcare claims outsourcing Company and its two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries, MedPlans 2000 Inc. and MedPlans Partners. Inc.
