Bhagyodaya Infrastructure Development allots 6000000 Preference shares

Bhagyodaya Infrastructure Development Ltd has allotted 60,00,000 4% Redeemable Preference shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid by way of a Circular resolution dated March 22, 2011 to the bodies corporate.

Knysna Properties Private Limited was allotted 30,00,000 Redeemable Preference Shares and Mandurah Properties Private Limited was allotted 30,00,000 Redeemable Preference Shares.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital consists Rs. 6,15,00,000/- consisting of 1,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and 60,00,000 4% Redeemable Preference shares of Rs. 10/-.
