Sulabh Engineers & Services allots 2800000 equity shares

Sulabh Engineers & Services Ltd has allotted 28,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 20/- (at a Premium of Rs. 10/-) to all the allottees on March 21, 2011 on preferential basis, as per the resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders held on March 10, 2011.
