VIP Industries Issues & Allots equity shares to the shareholders of Blow Plast

VIP Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 06, 2007, has issued and allotted 1,68,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, credited as fully paid-up, to the eligible shareholders of Blow Plast Ltd as on Record Date i.e. February 27, 2007.
