Nucleus Software fixes Record Date

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has announced that March 22, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.

Further the Company has informed that, the Interim Dividend declared, if any, shall be payable on March 29, 2007.
