Swastika Fin Lease EGM approves name change to Swastika Investmart Ltd

Swastika Fin Lease Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 07, 2007, have decided to change the name of the Company from "Swastika Fin-Lease Ltd" to "Swastika Investmart Ltd" and to increase the authorised share capital from Rs 3.50 crores to Rs 5.00 crores.
