Entertainment Network India subsidiary may get CSIA advertising rights

Entertainment Network India Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Letter of Intent dated March 07, 2007, in favour of Times Innovative Media Pvt Ltd (TIMPL) in respect of grant of Advertisement Rights at the Advertising Sites at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai (CSIA), Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd (MIAL) has agreed to consider granting the advertising rights at CSIA, Mumbai in favour of TIMPL, subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions set out therein.

TIMPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and operates its Out of Home Media business under the brand name "Times OOH Media".
