Emco Board to consider interim dividend

Emco Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To discuss Merger of Electrical Industry Company with the Company for creating synergies of operations.

2. To discuss declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
