Reliance Industries to consider merger of IPCL with itself

Reliance Industries Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on March 10, 2007, the Board will also consider and recommend amalgamation of Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd with the Company.
