United Phosphorus Board to consider interim dividend

United Phosphorus Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider and declare interim dividend for the year 2006-2007.

Further the Company has informed that, March 22, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
