Zuari Forex approves shares on preferential basis

Zuari Forex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 07, 2007, had considered & approved allotment of 4,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- at a price of Rs 10/- each on preferential basis subject to approval of shareholder at their meeting to be held on March 31, 2007.
