Uttam Galva clarifies on news item regarding JV in Ghana

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Uttam Galva ties up with UK partner for Ghana JV", Uttam Galva Steels Ltd has clarified to BSE that, the Company are in the advanced stage of negotiation on the terms of Joint Venture with UK based Company for setting up a Galvanising and Cold-Rolled Mill Complex in Ghana. However, no Agreement has been executed as yet.
