The Remuneration Committee of Advanta India Ltd has allotted 2,223 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 275/- to an Employee of the Company in their just concluded meeting, against the exercise of Options under Advanta India Limited Employees Stock Option and Share Plan - 2006.

The stock closed the day at Rs.303, up by Rs.0.75 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.314.80 and low of Rs.300.
