Precision Containeurs - EGM on Mar 30, 2007

Precision Containeurs Ltd has announced that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on March 30, 2007 for allotment of Equity Shares to the lender in terms of One Time settlement which is under negotiation and taking a final shape. The resolution in this Extra-Ordinary General Meeting will be an enabling resolution to have the icing on the One Time Settlement.
