Mastek clarifies on news item regarding Deloitte JV

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading daily titled "Mastek to log out of Deloitte JV", Mastek Ltd has clarified that, the discussions on the divestment of the Company's stake on the joint venture with Deloitte Consulting (DCOTG) are in progress. The Company shall inform once the transaction is finalized and completed.
