Monsanto India Board to consider interim dividend for 2006-07

Monsanto India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2007, to consider and declare the interim dividend for the year 2006-07 and the same wall be distributed before March 31, 2007.
