Gujarat Industries Board to consider interim dividend

Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2007, to consider the business of recommendation and payment of Interim Dividend, the Board of Directors shall be determining the rate of payment of Interim Dividend and shall also fix up the Record Date for determining the entitlement of such Interim Dividend.
