Allcargo Global Board to consider interim dividend

Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve payment of interim dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ended on December 31, 2006.
