Parsvnath to build world-class mall at Rohini

Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced that the Company has won the mandate to build a world-class mall at Rohini in North West Delhi.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had recently held an auction of freehold commercial plots at Rohini. The Delhi-based realty major won the bid to develop the mall with a total bid amount of Rs 231 crore.

The total area of the plot is 7,232.81 sq. meters and the built-up area will be 18,299.01 sq. mtrs. The mall is expected to be fully operational in two years.

Located in the prime area of Twin District Centre, Sector-10, Rohini, the mall - christened as Parsvnath Mall - will offer a spectacular ambience having glass capsule lifts and elevators. With a retail space ceiling height of 14 ft., the mall will offer multi-level car parking, CCTV enabled round-the-clock security, separate service corridors and lifts, sophisticated, sensor-based fire monitoring and control mechanism.

"The Mall at Rohini will be world-class. It will be constructed with state-of-the art building technology", said Mr. Pradeep Jain, Chairman of the Company.

The Parsvnath Mall will also offer the facilities of an exclusive club with provisions for fitness centre, swimming pool besides making the mall an ideal place for shopping, entertainment with elaborate food courts.

The mall will be equipped with banquets and will be an ideal place for holding seminars, workshops and conferences. It will also host festivals, carnivals and will be a finest avenue for exhibitions, launch events and cultural events. In addition, the mall will offer a lavish banquet facility, which will be complimented by a well-trained team of professionals.
