Unity Infraprojects JV bags new project for Rs.457.58 million

Unity Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Company in 70:30 Joint Venture (JV) with M/s. Shyam Narayan & Brothers (SNB) has emerged successful and has received the Letter of Acceptance for the tender for "Training of Mithi River (widening & deepening, RCC Retaining wall, service road) from CST Road upto Airport culvert for the client Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). The value of contract amounts to Rs 457.58 million.

In the above Contract the Company is the lead partner with 70% share in JV, 30% share being with SNB.

The stock was trading at Rs.476.50 in BSE, down Rs.5.20 (-1.08%) over its previous close of Rs.481.70. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.504 and low of Rs.472.
