MICO Board to recommend final dividend

Motor Industries Company Ltd (MICO) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2007, inter alia, for the following:

1. Consideration of the Accounts and Directors Report for the year ended December 31, 2006.

2. Confirmation of circular resolution regarding interim dividend for 2006, if any.

3. Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any.
