Greaves Cotton subsidiary completes acquisition of Bukh-Farymann Diesel GmbH

With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 13, 2007 regarding the Company's decision to acquire 100% stake in Bukh-Farymann Diesel GmbH (Bukh-Farymann) at an Enterprise Value of approximately Euro 4.24 million, Greaves Cotton Ltd has announced that Bukh-Farymann has been acquired in Germany through the Company's 100% Subsidiary i.e. Greaves Cotton Netherlands B.V.
