Nirma Updates on demerger scheme

Nirma Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat has pronounced the Order on March 01, 2007, approving the Composite Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement, Reorganisation of Capital of the Company and Demerger and Transfer of Undertaking of Core Healthcare Ltd, the Demerged Company to the Company.

The Company is yet to receive copy of the Order from the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.
