Best Eastern Board to consider interim dividend

Best Eastern Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2007, to consider declaration of interim dividend on Equity and Preference Shares for the current financial year 2006-2007.
