Century Plyboards Board to consider interim dividend

Century Plyboards India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider, declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
