Gail India Board declares special interim dividend

Gail India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2007, inter alia, has approved payment of special interim dividend @ 25% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2006-07.
