Sundaram Clayton Board to consider second interim dividend

Sundaram Clayton Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 21, 2007, inter alia, for the purpose of considering, declaration of second interim dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.
