Rajendra Mechanical Board to consider interim dividend

Rajendra Mechanical Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2007, to transact the following:

1. To consider declaring an interim dividend for the year to end on the March 31, 2007.

2. To fix the record date for taking a record of its shareholders who become entitled to receive this interim dividend.
