FCI OEN announce 50% interim dividend

FCI OEN Connectors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2007 had agreed to declare an interim dividend of 50% for the current year subject to the sale of automotive connectors business. Since the FIPB has approved the proposal to sell the Company's automotive business, the directors has decided to pass a resolution by circulation on March 08 to declare the interim dividend of 50% for the current financial year.
