Asian Paints Board to consider interim dividend

Asian Paints Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the payment of second interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, March 21, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The dividend, if approved by the Board of Directors, will be paid on and from March 28, 2007.
