Hindalco Industries Board to consider interim dividend

Hindalco Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2007, to consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-2007.

Further the Company has informed that, March 20, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
