Sumeet Industries Board approves bonus issue

Sumeet Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2007, has decided to issue "Bonus Share" at the ratio 1:10 (One equity share for every Ten equity share held by the shareholder).

Further the Company has informed that, necessary EGM, is being called on March 31, 2007, to take the approval of the shareholders in this regard.
