Valson Industries Board to consider interim dividend

Valson Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and if thought fit to declare interim dividend on the Equity Shares for the financial year 2006-2007.

2. Other usual Business Transactions.
