NTPC to change object clause to include Nuclear Power Generation activities

National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2007, subject to approval of shareholders, has approved the proposal to amend the object clause of the Memorandum of Association of Company so as to undertake activities relating to Nuclear Power Generation in addition to activities already mentioned in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
