Century Textiles Board to consider interim dividend

Century Textiles & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider the payment of interim dividend on equity shares of the Company for the year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that March 21, 2007, has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
