Television Eighteen Board declares interim dividend

Television Eighteen India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2007, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of 40% i.e. Rs 2.00 per equity share of Rs 5 each.
