Mahindra & Mahindra to submit bid for acquiring 43% in Punjab Tractors Ltd

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2007, has authorized submission of a Bid for acquiring approximately 43% shareholding in Punjab Tractors Ltd.
